Our story

Founded over 20 years ago, PRDS began with a simple observation: rural communities possess immense untapped potential, but lack the infrastructure to convert that potential into professional success.

We started by addressing the immediate needs of child welfare and maternal health. As we grew, we realized that for long-term systemic change, women needed more than just aid; they needed marketable skills and dignified livelihoods. This realization led to our specialized focus on workforce readiness in caregiving and digital services, sectors that are vital to the future of both rural and urban landscapes.
