About Us

Two decades of impact. A Future Built on Care.
At PRDS, we believe that thyour hearingrt of a resilient community lies in the empowerment of its women. For over 20 years, we have operated at the grassroots level, turning challenges into pathways to dignity, health, and financial independence. Today, we are pioneering a new chapter: the Care Economy. By professionalizing caregiving and bridging the digital divide, we are ensuring that rural women aren’t just participants in the economy; they are leaders.
Our story
Founded over 20 years ago, PRDS began with a simple observation: rural communities possess immense untapped potential, but lack the infrastructure to convert that potential into professional success.

We started by addressing the immediate needs of child welfare and maternal health. As we grew, we realized that for long-term systemic change, women needed more than just aid; they needed marketable skills and dignified livelihoods. This realization led to our specialized focus on workforce readiness in caregiving and digital services, sectors that are vital to the future of both rural and urban landscapes.

Our Vision

To create inclusive rural communities where women have access to dignified work, financial independence, and the opportunity to lead change.

Our Mission

To transform potential into professional livelihoods by building skills, improving access to care economy jobs, and strengthening health and digital ecosystems.

Why the Care Economy?
The “Care Economy” encompasses the professional services required to support families; from elder care and maternal support to early childhood education.

Professional dignity

We transition women from informal, unpaid labor to certified, professional roles that command respect and fair wages.

Meeting your Global Demand

As the need for quality healthcare and home support rises, we position trained rural women as the primary, skilled solution.

Generational development

When a woman earns a professional wage, she reinvests the majority of it back into her family’s health and education, lifting the entire community.

Our Leadership Principles

We don’t believe in top-down solutions. Our approach is defined by:
Grassroots Expertise
We live and work in the communities we serve, ensuring our programs are culturally relevant and practically effective.
Scalable Innovation
We combine traditional community values with future-ready skills, including digital literacy and AI-driven data support.
Direct Impact
We maintain a strict focus on direct community outcomes, ensuring that every partnership and resource goes exactly where it is needed most.
